Venue Rental Rates

Please Note:

  • Skydeck venue rental is priced per hour.

    • Skydeck rentals are subject to in-season pricing during the Winter Special.

  • Site visits are by appointment only and must be requested and confirmed by e-mail.

  • Any Sunday during a holiday weekend will be subject to In-Season Saturday rates.

  • New Years Eve events will be subject to In-Season Saturday rates.

  • LM Catering is the exclusive in-house caterer.

    • LM Catering & Events is happy to accommodate any dietary restrictions. Please talk to a member of our sales team regarding details.

What’s included in the rental rate?

  • A dedicated Lacuna Venue Manager leading up to and the day of your event

  • Use of your entire rental space with access to private restrooms

  • Private wedding suite

  • Onsite parking lot available (parking lot pricing not included)
